If someone is harrasing players and being a general asshole, what would you do?

I want to be Admin to help keep the server hate free and friendly. I have noticed there often tends to be people who instigate arguments and make them bigger than they should be. I want to keep players happy with the chat and rid it of bigots and haters/Spammers.

I have been a member for around 2 months. Maybe longer. No donations yet.

If I saw someone harassing players I would ask them to refrain from doing so and ask them to please stop upsetting/aggravating. If they refuse to stop or keep it going I will kick them from the server and report it to Sobb/Zombie.

To help out the owner with players in the server as he can focus or resting or the things that goes wrong on the server and this server is fun and I hope new players think so too.

For how long have you been a member/Donator? 1-2 months

If someone is harrasing players, what would you do?
Kindly ask them to stop harrasing as this is a server for pvpers not players to harras each other. If they refuse to comply i will give them another warning before kicking them. And tell Zombie or Sobb about what happened and if they want to ban them or not.

Why do you want to take part in our staff team?
Im already moderator as most of you know and regular moderators cant do much at all. and i like to tp to people and help them build bases and such and i cant do that much anymore unless i talk to them in chat first. but alot of the times i like to suprise people with items to build bases with.

Like a year member and moderator since beginning of december
If someone is harrasing players, what would you do? Give them a verbal warning and if they continue kick and if they continue after the kick tempban and contact Dad AKA Zombie or Wolf.

Also for the 1st question everytime i tp to someone to give items they 24/7 kill me the second i tp, i have to tp an upwards of 10 times before they realise im a mod because i cant use /god to do that. and also another thing is why would i abuse knowing zombie is a friend like why would a abuse on his server after this long of being on it and helping out. Like i played as a normal player back when Mia was staff and thats when i first met zombie bc he spawned us a helicopter and would fly us to liberator and such and i want to be able to bring more traffic of people onto the server that think "Oh this is another shitty admin abusing server" and change that mindset because i dont want any staff abusing on PvP because it ruins it aspecially after survival comes out we cant be making admin bases with turrets and stuff.
